I had the opportunity to deliver two product presentations at ProductCamp Ottawa 2025 this April—what a memorable experience.

Thanks to the attendees’ vote (18 selected from 12), I hosted the session “Beyond the Numbers: Rethinking Data-Driven Product Decisions". Many product leaders face constant pressure to justify every decision with hard data. My core message was simple: "Data is a powerful tool, but not a panacea." Often, the best validation comes not from endless planning but from building and launching quickly. We are truly living in a golden age of building—now is the time to validate through action! The lively and spontaneous discussion afterward was especially rewarding.

In the session "Everyday AI Tools for Product Leaders," I shared insights on "Deep Research: Beyond Surface-Level Answers," highlighting how AI can amplify our intelligence (Imagine you have a 7/24 research assistant!) Give Deep Research a try—it’s an excellent way to rapidly uncover deeper insights. When I first accessed ChatGPT’s Deep Research Feature, that was my first moment of this year to feel the AGI in the specific domain, like search.
